Job Purpose To manage and execute all drone and 360° camera operations across DHRE’s project sites, enabling efficient and accurate site monitoring, documentation, and data capture that supports digital transformation and smart construction initiatives. 3. Identify 8-10 key accountabilities 1. Plan and execute routine drone and 360° image/video capture across project sites. 2. Maintain all drone and 360 camera equipment, ensuring functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance. 3. Process and organize captured data using photogrammetry and reality capture software. 4. Generate 3D site models, orthophotos, and time-lapse records for internal use. 5. Coordinate with BIM, GIS, and Project Controls teams for data integration and reporting. 6. Stay updated on DCAA drone regulations and ensure all operations are legally compliant. 5. Key Performance Indicators 1. % of planned site capture missions completed on schedule 2. Accuracy and quality of processed 3D models and site documentation 3. Uptime of equipment (drones and 360° cameras) 4. Integration success rate with BIM and project management systems 5. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, Construction Management, or related field. Drone Pilot Certification required. Minimum Experience (number of years): 2–5 years in drone operations, reality capture, or construction technology roles. Job Specific Skills: 1. Familiar with DJI drone products operation. 2. Background of photo and video editing software’s. 3. Knowledge of GIS and surveying basics and georeferencing. 4. Updated on reality capture technologies and proposes relevant trials or tools.
