Job Description

As a Real Estate Property Leasing Consultant, you will be integral to helping clients find their ideal rental properties while ensuring they have a seamless and positive leasing experience. Your role is vital in matching the right tenants with the right properties and negotiating lease terms to the satisfaction of both parties. You will be tasked with understanding market trends and the needs of potential tenants in order to provide them with the most suitable leasing options. Exceptional customer service skills, strong negotiation abilities, and thorough knowledge of real estate laws and regulations will contribute to your success in this dynamic role.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify suitable rental properties for potential clients.
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and communicate property features effectively.
  • Negotiate lease terms to the satisfaction of landlords and tenants alike.
  • Prepare and explain lease agreements, ensuring all parties are well-informed.
  • Maintain relationships with property owners to expand leasing opportunities.
  • Assist clients in understanding the leasing process by providing clear guidance.
  • Use online and offline channels to promote available properties for lease.
  • Conduct background checks on potential tenants to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Address tenant issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance services to ensure properties are lease-ready.
  • Provide after-sale service to tenants to ensure long-term satisfaction and renewal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management roles required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and landlords.
  • Understanding of local real estate market trends and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms for property listing and client communication.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
