Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in property leasing or real estate sales.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and standard office applications is essential.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach to leasing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
  • Valid real estate license or certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
