Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants and highlight property features comprehensively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in property management or leasing consultant role.
• Strong understanding of property leasing laws and real estate market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for handling tenant relationships.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and clients effectively with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation for property visits.
