We are looking for experienced Off-Plan and Secondary Market Property Consultants who are motivated, professional, and ready to succeed. This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals who are confident in sales, client relationships, and closing property deals in Dubai’s competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market residential properties
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, property viewings, negotiations, and closing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide accurate market insights and investment advice
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain records and client activity using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate (off-plan or secondary market)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Multilingual candidates (Turkish, English, and other languages) are a plus
