About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, pitching properties and services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You’ll also be required to provide regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist buyers and investors in purchasing and selling both primary and secondary real estate properties.

• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.

• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration and coordinate property closings.

• Oversee the signing of documents and ensure a smooth and professional transaction process.

• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance when meeting clients.

• Comply with all real estate laws and maintain knowledge of finance, mortgage processes, and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Previous real estate experience in Dubai with proven expertise in one community area.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian, German, or Arabic is a plus.
