Job Description
Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubais off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide consultants with the tools and support to build a successful real estate business.
We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant with a strong understanding of Dubais property market, developer projects and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in off-plan property sales.
- Proven experience selling off-plan projects in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, payment plans and launch strategies.
- Familiarity with major developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Nakheel and Dubai Holding.
- Established client network and demonstrated sales performance.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven.
- 50%–70% commission.
- Fresh leads and marketing support.
- Dedicated telesales and content support.
