Job Description

As a Real Estate Consultant II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the real estate strategies of clients and ensuring the successful execution of transactions. Your expertise and knowledge in market trends, valuation, and negotiation will enable you to provide crucial insights and strategic advice to clients, enhancing their real estate portfolios. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting thorough market analysis, and executing property transactions with precision. You will also be expected to keep abreast of the latest industry developments and regulations to offer informed and compliant advice. Success in this role will require a combination of analytical skills, market acumen, and the ability to build strong client rapport to foster long-term partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and laws.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to facilitate the closing of property transactions.
  • Assess and appraise properties to determine accurate market value for listings.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client engagements and streamline transaction processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate consulting or related roles.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Proficient in using real estate valuation and CRM software tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully closing property deals and transactions.
