Job Description
Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubais off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide consultants with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Consultants with exposure to European client markets, strong international sales capabilities and a good understanding of Dubais property investment opportunities.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Experience dealing with European clients and international property buyers.
- Strong knowledge of Dubais real estate market and investment opportunities.
- Experience selling off-plan or secondary market properties.
- Fluency in at least one European language, preferably German, Romanian or Serbian.
- Ability to develop and maintain international client relationships.
- Demonstrated sales performance and lead conversion ability.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven.
- 50%–70% commission.
- Fresh leads and marketing support.
- Dedicated telesales and content support.
