  • Stay updated on new real estate laws, rules, and market trends consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a real estate consultant or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and satisfied clients.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, laws, and practices required.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • A valid real estate license issued by the relevant governing body is mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
