About the Role

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Dubai. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, conduct market research, arrange viewings, and negotiate deals — all while providing exceptional service and maintaining the company’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and expand the client network through various channels.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

Conduct property listings, viewings, and negotiations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, laws, and communities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market (minimum 1–2 years).

Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property trends, and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

RERA certification (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license and own car (advantageous).

Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
