Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property purchases, sales, and renting options. Duties include conducting client consultations, identifying property needs, preparing tailored recommendations, and closing real estate transactions. The role also involves building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated on real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Consultant in real estate in Dubai is a strong advantage with minimum 3 to 6 months of experience
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to evaluate and meet client needs effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• UAE driving license preferred
• Experience in providing outstanding customer service to clients
• Proven sales abilities, including negotiation and deal-closing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
