Du arbeitest vor Ort in Dubai, berätst deutschsprachige Investoren und verantwortest den Weg vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Abschluss. Du bringst Vertriebserfahrung, sauberes Follow-up und Sicherheit auf Deutsch und Englisch mit.
Wofür du verantwortlich bist
- 01 Warme, vorqualifizierte DACH-Leads zu Immobilien in Dubai beraten.
- 02 Follow-up und eigene Pipeline in Close CRM sauber führen.
- 03 IMOS professionell gegenüber Investoren und Developern vertreten.
- 04 Fundiertes Wissen über den Dubai-Markt und aktuelle Projekte aufbauen.
- 01 Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Immobilien.
- 02 Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.
- 03 Einen Track Record, den du mit konkreten Beispielen erklären kannst.
- 04 Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Dubai zu arbeiten.
- 01 Dubai-Immobilienmarkt
- 02 RERA-Lizenz oder Bereitschaft, sie zu machen
