About the Role

Al Basat Real Estate is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Real Estate Agent who is fluent in both English and French to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting local and international clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

  • Negotiate property transactions and close deals successfully.

  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and new property launches.

  • Prepare and manage contracts and all related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company's CRM system.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

  • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after every transaction.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related sales role is preferred.

  • Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
