Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Consultant role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client meetings and office work, alongside some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Consultant will manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, including prospecting, listing, and conducting property viewings. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities, as well as preparing and reviewing property documents, offers, and contracts. The role involves negotiating terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. The consultant will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, stay current with Dubai real estate regulations and trends, and collaborate with colleagues to support marketing campaigns, property promotions, and ongoing client relationships.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with a clear understanding of Dubai’s property market, regulations, and transaction processes.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Effective Negotiation capabilities to represent client interests, resolve objections, and secure favorable terms for all parties.
  • Experience in Training or mentoring peers or team members on sales techniques, market knowledge, or compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are beneficial.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and professional advice.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and online property listing portals.
  • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel to client meetings and property sites across Dubai.
  • Relevant certification or license for real estate practice in Dubai (or willingness to obtain it within a defined timeframe).
  • Previous experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is preferred but not strictly required for exceptional candidates.
