What youll be doing,

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Generate new business through networking, calls, and market expertise
• List and market properties using premium tools and platforms
• Conduct property viewings and valuations
• Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
• Stay up to date with Dubai market trends and regulations
• Deliver a high-end, consultative client experience from start to finish

You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Are

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious
• Confident, professional, and resilient
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset
• Experienced in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)
• In possession of a valid driving licence
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
