Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with property transactions. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the local market, skilled in negotiation, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties

• Conduct market research and comparative market analyses (CMAs)

• List properties and develop effective marketing strategies

• Schedule and host property showings and open houses

• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing on behalf of clients

• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and escrow companies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Stay informed on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

• Build and maintain a strong client network and referral base

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license (state-specific)

• Proven sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions

• Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate software

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
