We are a Dubai-based real estate firm seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our growing team in Tecom, Barsha Heights. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for professionals who are serious about building a long-term career in Dubai’s real estate market and growing alongside a dynamic firm.

We provide strong backend support, including qualified leads, marketing assistance, and content creation, allowing our agents to focus on closing deals and building a powerful personal brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert company-provided leads into sales or leasing transactions

Conduct property viewings across Dubai

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations

Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets

Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
