Job Description

As a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and guide them through the entire transaction process. A strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach are critical in providing outstanding service and achieving successful deals. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of local market trends, develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Job Type

👉🏻 This is a purely commission-based role.

👉🏻 We are currently hiring for Secondary Market only.

👉🏻 With us, you can grow as a community expert and close deals consistently.


Commission Structure

👉🏻 Company lead / property: 60% Agent | 40% Company

👉🏻 Personal lead / property: 70% Agent | 30% Company

👉🏻 Commission is paid next day after receipt in the company bank account.



Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties with exceptional service.
  • Conduct property market analysis for accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Guide clients through the property buying and selling process step by step.
  • Prepare and present purchase and rental agreements promptly and accurately.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to obtain best possible transaction terms.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses to generate client interest.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Keep informed about real estate industry trends and market conditions.
  • Conduct marketing efforts to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related legal requirements.
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and codes governing real estate.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborations.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales and satisfied clients.
  • Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving to achieve client objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on various tasks.
  • Valid real estate license in the applicable state or territory.
