Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and promote properties for sale or lease.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Negotiate contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and new developments.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all real estate transactions.

• Develop marketing strategies (digital, print, and social media) to attract clients and promote listings.

• Coordinate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the transaction process.
