About the Role

Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for an ambitious and experienced Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will focus on assisting Spanish-speaking and international investors interested in Dubai’s off-plan property market. This role is ideal for a confident and target-driven property consultant who understands Dubai real estate and can build strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Dubai off-plan projects to Spanish-speaking and international clients.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.

• Understand clients’ investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct property consultations, project presentations, and follow-up meetings.

• Explain payment plans, investment returns, capital appreciation, and purchasing procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.

• Negotiate effectively and guide clients through the complete sales process.

• Stay informed about new project launches, developer promotions, and Dubai property market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is required.

• Experience in off-plan property sales is strongly preferred.

• Good knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to generate leads and develop an independent client pipeline.

• Confident, professional, proactive, and target-driven personality.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
