Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent Off Plan to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the property market, specifically focusing on off-plan projects. You will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the process of purchasing property that is not yet completed. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about real estate, possesses a strong network within the industry, and is excited about the prospect of helping clients find their perfect property investments. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in promoting projects and collaborations with leading developers to ensure we offer the best opportunities to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective clients through various sales techniques.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the current market trends and project offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with real estate developers to understand project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales and business growth.
  • Guide clients through the property purchase process, from interest to closing sale.
  • Prepare sales presentations and engage clients with compelling project overviews.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Keep organized records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry networking events to promote off-plan projects and expand clientele.
  • Stay updated with new regulatory policies affecting the real estate industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in off-plan sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and off-plan project sales.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills to facilitate client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid real estate license and ability to travel as required for client meetings.
