  • Stay updated with real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Handle clients' inquiries and build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
  • Utilize real estate databases and software systems for tracking property listings.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate agent’s license required to operate legally.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of two years in real estate sales.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • In-depth understanding of property market and local real estate regulations.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for client meetings.
  • Proficiency with property listing and CRM software to manage client portfolios.
