As a Real Estate Agent at our esteemed agency, you will serve as an intermediary between property buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

  • Generate lists of properties available for sale, including details and pictures.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Accompany clients to property viewings and offer expert insight and advice.
  • Maintain an updated database of properties and client contacts.
  • Assist clients in understanding requirements and securing financial assistance.
  • Collaborate effectively with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and agency policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license and accreditation in the region of practice.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in using digital real estate tools and CRM software.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple clients.
