Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.

  • Stay updated on industry changes to anticipate future customer needs and demands.
  • Mentor junior agents and share best practices and insights on real estate sales.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid real estate agent or broker’s license.
  • Proven work experience in real estate sales or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and market practices required.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple property deals concurrently.
  • Proficient in real estate software and customer relationship management tools.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to providing quality service.
