  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, appraisers, and other industry professionals.
  • Manage all client communications and provide regular updates on transactions.
  • Utilize various marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and client retention rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a similar role in the industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate markets and best practices in transactions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client transactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Keen ability to analyze the market and identify potential opportunities.
  • Previous sales or hospitality experience can be beneficial for this role.
