Responsibilities

  • Promote listings through advertisements, open houses, and online property platforms.
  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties with similar sales and rentals.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports of market trends to stakeholders and clients.
  • Support clients during negotiations ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts and leads in the real estate industry.
  • Facilitate the closing processes ensuring all parties are satisfied with the agreement.
  • Guide first-time buyers through the complexities of property acquisition and sales.
  • Participate actively in marketing strategies and workshops to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license as per state regulations and guidance.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within residential or commercial real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify potential market opportunities and trends.
  • Proven negotiating skills with a successful track record in closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Familiarity with various property management software and MLS systems.
