  • Continually update knowledge on financing options, government regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Advocate for clients’ best interests with honesty and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid real estate license as mandated by state regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills to close successful deals.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client demands.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
