As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the purchasing, selling, and rental of properties. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Perform comparative market analyses to establish market values for properties.
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws, tax regulations, and fair housing laws.
  • Prepare and present real estate documents such as leases and purchase agreements.
  • Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
  • Market properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Attend networking events to build a wide professional network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role required.
  • Valid real estate license in the state of operation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market and local communities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
