Requirements

  • Valid real estate agent's license required for client representation.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within real estate sector.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities for favorable deal closures.
  • High level of local area knowledge and real estate market insights.
  • Ability to work flexibility, including weekends and occasional evenings.
