Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid real estate license as required by state regulations is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a real estate advisor or agent is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and economic principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
