React Native Developer - Fintech Platform

Our client is a next-generation digital banking and crypto-focused financial platform serving a global market. Founded by experienced international leaders in finance and digital assets, they provide neobank services alongside crypto investment products. The company is focused on building secure, scalable infrastructure that supports real-world financial use cases.

Role Requirement:

They are seeking an experienced React Native Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of iOS and Android banking applications. The ideal candidate brings deep fintech or banking experience, strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript, and a proven ability to lead projects while remaining hands-on across secure authentication, pixel-perfect UI/UX, and scalable mobile architecture. This role requires full ownership from design through release, with a strong focus on security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the mobile banking apps across iOS and Android - from architecture and build through launch and ongoing operations
• Translate Figma designs into precise, high-fidelity mobile interfaces with no deviation from approved UI/UX specifications
• Develop and maintain robust, security-first authentication journeys, including biometric access via Face ID and Touch ID
• Connect and manage third-party KYC solutions, payment providers, and external financial APIs/SDKs
• Architect mobile applications with a focus on scalability, long-term maintainability, and clean separation of concerns using TypeScript and Clean Architecture principles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineering, product design, and compliance stakeholders to ship reliable, fully compliant releases
• Monitor and troubleshoot potential issues throughout development, QA, and deployment to ensure smooth app operations
• Enhance application performance and manage CI/CD workflows to enable rapid, reliable, and consistent releases
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience building mobile applications with React Native
• 2+ years in leadership roles, managing teams or driving project delivery
• Demonstrated track record in designing and delivering fintech or banking apps
• Practical expertise implementing biometric authentication with a solid grasp of security best practices
• Capable of taking mobile apps from concept and design through to independent build and app store release
• In-depth understanding of state management, navigation patterns, API integration, and optimizing app performance
• Skilled at translating Figma designs into precise, high-quality mobile interfaces
• Experienced with TypeScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to industry best practices
