This position monitors inbound and outbound flight operations. He/She communicates with Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, OPC Load Planning, Staff personnel, etc. and makes adjustments to aircraft parking and/or tail assignments, communicating changes promptly to appropriate parties and areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete SAFE flight operations for unload/load including ground servicing (aircraft fueling, lavatory, potable water etc.) within the ground time.
• Enforce and monitors SAFETY practices and procedures during ramp operations.
• Complete SAFE flight handling of ADHOC flights in DXB and SHJ including contingency flights and AOGs (if any).
• Supports split operations in DXB, DWC and SHJ airports.
• Supports AIE, QAP and monthly compliance audits to ensure procedural adherence is in place.
• Perform weekly ULD inventory and complete related ULD audits.
• Oversee cargo movements both import/export including RFS movements.
• Facilitate crew logistics and lodging including related issues.
• Perform pre and post ops office routines including responding to email related queries.
• Coverage during emergency and sick leaves of ramp personnels.
• Assist the coordination of CHSP activities to educate personnel and attend employee SAFETY meetings to review strategies for accident/injury prevention.
  
  

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Must be familiar with ramp parking and all aircraft types
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
