We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in villa interior and fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that villa interior projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Our Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project. The role requires a strong understanding of interior design and fit-out construction processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for villa interior fit-out projects.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for project feasibility.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project expenditures and track financial progress against budget forecasts.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare recommendations for procurement decisions.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Resolve any cost discrepancies and handle adjustments during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
• Develop and manage the master program for cost management and control.
• Keep abreast of market trends to provide competitive cost solutions.
• Maintain all cost-related documentation and correspondence for project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in villa interior and fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
