Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for villa interior projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Analyze and report on construction costs against project budgets regularly.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors to achieve optimal pricing and conditions.
• Advise on procurement strategies and sources of materials for luxury villa projects.
• Prepare, issue, and manage tender documents in alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct cost value reconciliation and prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to project designs to promote cost efficiency.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Ensure compliance with legal and project specifications through rigorous documentation control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in villa interior and fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and cost estimations effectively within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of luxury villa construction, materials, and methods.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and forecasts.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in contract management and procurement.
• Relevant certification such as MRICS or equivalent professional body membership is preferred.
