Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support subcontractor procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation, comparison, and finalization of vendors within ID fit-out projects.
• Assist in preparation and review of BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate commercial inputs during the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements for cost analysis and decision-making.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, highlighting variances and supporting cost control measures.
• Assist in contract administration, including preparation of subcontract agreements and tracking compliance.
• Review and verify subcontractor invoices and payment applications in line with project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement, contracts, and project cost documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support estimation and tendering activities by providing basic quantity take-offs and pricing inputs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and project timelines while supporting the commercial team.
