As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and controlling the costs of construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining the required standards and quality. You will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, and advising on cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of construction procurement and contract management principles.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in cost calculations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical project specifications accurately.
