Audits and reviews the accuracy of routine case processing activities such as: claim or commission payments, premium collection and accounting, or systems structure and data entry to ensure compliance and consistency with administrative procedures and guidelines. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Quality Review and Audit duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles.
