Quality Inspector

Join TK Elevator UAE L.L.C as a Quality Inspector in our Dubai office, where you will play a crucial role within the Quality Control department. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and audits of components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality standards. You will utilize your keen attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects, measure product specifications, and verify that all quality criteria are met or exceeded. Your work will directly impact the consistency and dependability of our elevators, supporting the safety and satisfaction of end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform systematic inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and final products to ensure adherence to quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Document and report inspection results accurately, providing clear feedback to manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of inspection procedures, checklists, and quality control documentation.
• Collaborate proactively with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in quality inspection or a related role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Excellent observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
