Job Description

A Quality Executive plays a fundamental role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of a company's products or services. This position is integral to ensuring that operations meet both internal and external customer expectations while complying with regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures.
  • Coordinate quality inspections and audits to ensure the highest standards.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Monitor production processes for adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control procedures and standards.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and metrics.
  • Evaluate supplier quality and performance to ensure product quality consistency.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data analysis and quality control software applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma, is preferred.
