Quality Controller

Quality Controller Cum Customer's Data keeper.

Salary: 4000 to 5000 AED + Free Accommodation + Quartly bonus.

• Conduct quality inspections of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry during and after production.
• Verify product specifications, measurements, finishing, stone setting, polishing, and overall workmanship.
• Inspect jewelry for defects such as scratches, dents, porosity, improper stone setting, misalignment, and finishing issues.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, production standards, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns before final completion.
• Coordinate with production, CAD, casting, setting, polishing, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality control reports, inspection records, and corrective action documentation.
• Conduct random audits and final quality checks before dispatch.
• Verify metal purity, weight, dimensions, and diamond/gemstone specifications as required.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce rework and rejection rates.
• Ensure adherence to company quality policies and manufacturing best practices.
• Support customer complaint investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining and capable of Customer data's like gold in/out and its complete data base, is very important.
