Job Title - Quality 4 Consultant QMS

Job Location - Dubai

Job Description:

To lead and execute the transformation of Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with Quality 4.0 principles, by developing a tailored maturity model, enhancing current systems, building internal capabilities, and driving innovation and sustainability across quality functions. Aim to align QMS with Quality 4.0 principles, integrating modern methodologies and global standards to achieve operational excellence and innovation. The consultant needs to provide comprehensive consultancy services to assess, develop, and implement a new quality strategy and framework, to optimize human resource capabilities through targeted training, to establish an integrated management system, and to enhance existing systems. This will enable improvement in quality governance, control, and assurance processes, thus enhancing overall service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Conduct a detailed Current State Assessment

• Comprehensive analysis of existing policies, processes, and documents within the quality management system.
• Revised and enhanced documents existing policies, processes, and documents within the quality management system.
• Identification of any missing or outdated standards and recommendations for amendments.
  
  

• Establish the Maturity Model for Quality 4.0 and conduct the maturity assessment
• Maturity assessment report highlighting gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Quality 4.0 roadmap to transition towards quality 4.0 and a detailed roadmap.
  
  

• Documentation of the benchmarking activities and key lessons learned.
• Proposed Amendments and Improvements
• Detailed proposals for addressing identified gaps, including the incorporation of new or replacement standards (e.g., ISO, BS), where relevant.
  
  

• Detailed activity roadmap guiding the transition from the current system to the refined model.
• Quality communication and rollout plan.
• Communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure successful adoption of proposed amendments and system improvements.
  
  

• Comprehensive documentation of training modules, objectives, and accreditation requirements.
• Inclusion of the new or updated quality management requirements that may have emerged from reviewing existing policies and processes.
• Conduct the training needed. Analysis of pre- and post-training assessments, with metrics on knowledge retention and application.
• Recommendations for fine-tuning future training initiatives.
  
  

• Degree in engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is MUST.
• Credentials for Quality 4.0 must be provided.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of consulting experience in QMS transformation, preferably with government.
• Must have worked on at least 3 to 5 Quality 4.0 projects as a technical lead or technical consultant and digital enablement for quality governance.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, change management and training.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English.
