• Checklist de auditorías a proceso.
• Estatus de rechazos internos y externos.
• Actualización de PMCs.
• Elaboración y actualización de formatos de inspección en proceso.
• Elaboración de ayudas visuales de criterios de calidad.
• Captura de información de hojas de autoinspección (operaciones críticas).
• Auditorías a material defectuoso en Almacén y Piso.
• Actualización de ayudas visuales
• Envío de muestras
• Ejecutar disposición de NMRs (RTP,Scrap)
• Elaboración y actualización de todo tipo de formatos usados por el Ing. De Calidad
• Generación y distribución de reportes de resultados de auto-inspección.
• Generación y distribución de reportes de Scrap y PPM´s.
• Muestreos y monitoreos de procesos en la línea.
  
  

Requisitos

What your background should look like

• Ing. Industrial o afín
• Indispensable disponibilidad completa de horario (rotación en 3 turnos)
• Experiencia en Calidad
• Conocimiento de equipos de medición (Vernier, medidor de altura, micrometro, medidor de espesor, conversiones, entre otros
• Conocimiento de tolerancias geometricas
• Inglés basico / Lectura de planos y documentos en inglés
• Paqueteria office
• SAP
• Proactivo
• Facilidad de palabra
• Trabajo en equip
• *Plus - Conocimiento procesos de cables, concentricidad, prueba continuidad
