How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead digitalization initiatives and business process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive performance scorecards for informed decision-making.
• Analyze and visualize data from various enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP, to generate actionable insights.
• Support continuous improvement programs through audits, corrective actions, and risk management strategies.
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate reporting, compliance tracking, and business workflows.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics within relevant sectors.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and the development of management reporting systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making and reporting efficiency.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Enablon, along with dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
