We are seeking a solution-oriented engineer with a strong drive to deliver meaningful results and continuously improve test efficiency for our platform validation teams.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand validation needs, identify challenges, and design test solutions that are scale.

This role requires not only technical skills, but also the ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across teams, and take initiative in moving ideas into action. Candidates should work from customer location in Taipei. Should be proficient in Chinese language.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Comprehensive Test Activities Across Multiple Domains, including:

• Module, functional, display, and accessory validation
• System Compatibility and Integration Testing (SCIT)
• BIOS functional and integration testing
• Hardware board‑level stability testing
• System performance and battery‑life evaluation
• Operation and support of automated system testing
• Support for customer escalation cases when required
• BIOS, EC (Embedded Controller), and PD (Power Delivery) feature testing
• IHV (Independent Hardware Vendor) ME and security feature validation
• Windows/Linux integration and certification testing
• ITDM (IT Decision Maker) and customer environment test support

Work Experience

• Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of relevant testing experience
• Contribute to Test Strategy Development, including creating or enhancing test scripts as required.
• Manage Observations and Defects using bug‑tracking tools and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards.
• Provide Infrastructure and IUR Operations Support as needed.
• Document Test Processes and Best Practices to ensure consistency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Drive Continuous Improvement by proposing and documenting innovations that reduce test cost and improve efficiency over time.
• Leverage Automation Expertise to support automation initiatives and improve test coverage and reliability when required.
• Chinese language proficiency
