Job Description

The QA QC Manager is a pivotal role within an organization, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance across all levels of product manufacturing and distribution. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies to enhance product reliability and performance. As a QA QC Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality management system and leading a team to achieve quality objectives. The role demands someone with strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry regulations, exemplary problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to meet industry standards.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Establish and maintain quality management systems in alignment with certification requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all quality standards.
  • Analyze quality control data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Review and approve documentation related to quality assurance and control processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met for incoming materials.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve any identified discrepancies or non-conformances.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, feedback, and process enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes impacting quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least five years in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record in problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and analytical tools.
  • Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma or ISO, is a plus.
