Job Description

The QA QC Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The individual in this position will oversee quality assurance processes and develop methods to improve product quality. This role involves coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards and ensuring that the organization's quality policies are implemented effectively. The QA QC Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal product quality. They will also lead and mentor a team of quality professionals and work to maintain a culture of quality improvement throughout the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee quality control and assurance processes across various departments.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals and technicians.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Investigate and address product quality issues to minimize repeat occurrences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous quality improvement.
  • Liaise with suppliers to maintain quality standards in the supply chain.
  • Facilitate training sessions on quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Drive a company culture focused on quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control management.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Experience leading and managing a team in a production environment.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and quality assurance tools usage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for collaboration across teams.
