Responsibilities

• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instruction documents to verify accuracy.

• Coordinate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Develop and revise quality control checklists and inspection procedures as necessary.
• Track and document all inspection results and non-conformities for future reference.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings for management review.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of quality assurance actions taken by the company.
• Maintain and manage inspection tools and equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the industry.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits, providing required documentation and evidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in using quality control software and tools for inspections and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
