Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract and ISO requirements.Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work quality and compliance.Monitor construction activities for civil, architectural, and finishing works.Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements.Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality-related issues.Witness material testing, inspections, and trial works.Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover inspections.Support authority inspections and ensure readiness for audits and approvals.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.8-15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Consultant Firms in the UAE (mandatory).Proven experience in high-rise and residential building projects.Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
