QA QC Engineer

Position: QA/QC Engineer – Construction Industry, Dubai

Position Description

1.Implement and maintain the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements.

2.Review and verify method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals for compliance with project specifications.

3.Conduct site inspections and witness tests to ensure that all works and materials meet contractual and regulatory standards.

4.Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformances (NCRs) and corrective actions.

5.Prepare and maintain quality-related reports, inspection records, and test certificates for submission to the consultant/client.

6.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives on all quality matters.

7.Support final project handover by ensuring completion of quality dossiers and as-built documentation.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; ISO 9001 certification is an advantage.

2.10 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, preferably with UAE/GCC exposure.

3.Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, BS standards and Dubai local regulations (DM, DEWA).

Hands-on experience in site inspections, testing, and quality documentation.

4．Good command of written and spoken English；Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills in multicultural teams.
